However, we are not a retail shop or official dealer, and therefore we cannot take responsibility for product warranty or after-sales decisions. All warranty assessments and final judgments are made solely by the official distributor or brand. Any shipping or delivery costs generated during the warranty process are the responsibility of the customer. 
 
 
 Supply & Warranty Location Notice: Some of our products are supplied through distributors in China. In these cases, the warranty service is also handled directly by the distributor in China. If you are not comfortable with this arrangement, please consider carefully before placing an order. 
 
 
 Shipping Notice: Orders are fulfilled via local collection or SF Express (Freight Collect). Shipping fees, courier surcharges, and any costs related to warranty service logistics are the responsibility of the customer. 
 
 
 Fin Sizing Notice: Foot pocket sizing varies significantly between brands. Fins cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect size selection. We strongly recommend trying the foot pocket size in a shop or confirming your size with us before ordering.
