Admission Requirements

Per AIDA International standards, students must meet these entry requirements:

Minimum Age:
✓ 18 years or older
✓ 16-17 years old (with parental/guardian consent)
Swimming Ability:
✓ Swim 100m continuously without stopping

(Note: These are mandatory safety requirements for all AIDA 1 participants worldwide)

Transition to AIDA 2 Freediver Course

After completing AIDA 1, qualified students may:
✓ Continue directly to AIDA 2 open-water training
✓ Earn full AIDA 2 certification
(Subject to meeting requirements below)

Upgrade Qualification:
Complete these pool tests during your AIDA 1 course:

STA (Static Apnea): 2-minute breath hold
DYN (Dynamic With Fins): 40m swim

Upgrade Fee: HKD$1500 (applied toward AIDA 2 course)

Final training sites will be determined by the instructor based on weather/venue conditions, with safety as the top priority. Locations may change accordingly.
Minimum Participants:
During seasonal periods, sessions with fewer than 2 participants will be rescheduled to the next available date (typically within 2 weeks). Affected students will receive individual notifications.
