AIDA 2 Course Prerequisites

As mandated by AIDA International, all participants must meet the following requirements:

✓ Minimum Age:

  • 18+ years (or 16-17 with parental/guardian consent)

✓ Certification:

  • Valid AIDA 2 certification or

  • Completed AIDA 2 Crossover Evaluation (for other agency certifications)

AIDA 3 Freediving Course Structure​

 

Our AIDA 3 course includes:

  • 1 Theory & Yoga Studio Session

  • 2 Pool Training Session

  • 4 Open-Water Boat Dives

  • To ensure optimal learning experience, we maintain a strict 3:1 student-to-instructor ratio

  • Female instructors are available upon request to prioritize comfort and safety for female participants (please specify during registration)

Per AIDA International standards, students must complete:

Instructor’s tip for AIDA 3 students: Prioritise carbon fins (better kick efficiency at depth), a neck weight (streamlined deep diving), and an EQ trainer (break through equalisation plateaus). Our instructors are happy to give you personalised gear recommendations.

🚤 Boat Dive Practice

For 12 months from course start, join our regular boat dive sessions at the student rate of HKD$300 to keep building depth and perfecting your freefall technique.
