AIDA 2 Course Prerequisites

As mandated by AIDA International, all participants must meet the following requirements:

✓ Minimum Age:

18+ years (or 16-17 with parental/guardian consent)

✓ Certification:

Valid AIDA 2 certification or
Completed AIDA 2 Crossover Evaluation (for other agency certifications)

AIDA 3 Freediving Course Structure

Our AIDA 3 course includes:

1 Theory & Yoga Studio Session
2 Pool Training Session
4 Open-Water Boat Dives

Class Size

To ensure optimal learning experience, we maintain a strict 4:1 student-to-instructor ratio
Female instructors are available upon request to prioritize comfort and safety for female participants (please specify during registration)

Certification Requirements

Per AIDA International standards, students must complete:
✔ 2:45 Static Apnea (STA)
✔ 55m Dynamic With Fins (DYNB)
✔ 24m Constant Weight (CWTB)
✔ 75% passing score on theoretical exam

Refund Policy

* Student can stop the course before it begins, and refund back 70% of the tuition fee. There is no refund once the e-learning account is assigned to student.
